To recover your password, you should follow the steps below:

1. 🔗 Go to https://app.codegpt.co/en/forgot-password.

2. ✉️ Enter the email with which you started the session (Capital letters matter). Remember that if you started the session from Github or Gmail, you do not have an associated password, so you should log in from Gmail or GitHub authentication at https://app.codegpt.co/en ("continue with Google").

3. 📧 Check your email, including the spam folder.

4. 🔑 Click on "Reset Password" (this link only works once).

5. 📝 Go to the sent link and enter your new password (remember to use more than 8 characters, uppercase letters, numbers, and a symbol or unique character).

If you fail the process, repeat it, but this time, be careful to click only once on the password recovery link, do not close that window or refresh the screen, and respect the password criteria.
